5-Day Detox for beginners

The Spring 5-Day Detox run last 4-8 April. However, you’re welcome to sign up for the detox anyway and run it on your own. I will send you all the printed materials plus the recordings of the pre-detox call and the post-detox call that I held, so that everything runs really smoothly. And you can contact me any time you need support.

If you would rather do the detox next time I run it with other participants, please drop me a line and I’ll keep you updated on the next one!

This group detox is 5 days long.

This detox is whole foods based, meaning you’ll be eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, legumes and nuts.

This detox may be good for you if:

  • You don’t have the energy you want to do the things you love
  • Your clothes don’t quite fit the way they used to
  • You aren’t sleeping well
  • You’re bloated and can’t figure out why
  • You feel like your eating has gotten off track, and you want a simple yet effective way to hit the reset button on your eating habits.

When you sign up, you’ll get:

  • A suggested meal plan, recipes, and a shopping list so you’ll know exactly what to eat at every meal
  • A proven protocol that will help you feel better
  • A pre-detox training call where I’ll walk you through what we’ll do and what to expect, plus you’ll be able to ask any questions you have
  • A post-detox call to help you make the most of the benefits of the detox
  • Some bonus material, such as the Eating Out Guide, a Smoothies & Green Juices recipe book, and a Make It Last Guide to help you maintain some healthy habits
  • Tons of support from me and from the detox community via our members-only Facebook / Whatsapp group
  • If these dates don’t work for you, you’re welcome to sign up for the detox anyway and run it on your own. Email me if you need support!

Not sure? Here are the answers to some questions

How do I know I need to detox?

A few signs of needing a detox are fatigue, headaches, skin problems, and excess fat, especially in your belly. But the truth is that if you just aren’t feeling that great, a detox can help. We live in an increasingly hectic and toxic environment, and taking time for high-level self-care like a detox can make a huge difference in your energy, mood and even your body shape. Plus, it’s a great way to hit the reset button on your eating habits!

What will happen during the detox?

You’ll get a step-by-step guide of what you’ll need to do every day on this detox. We’ll focus on eating high-nutrient foods like fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, legumes and nuts. We’ll cut out processed foods, gluten, dairy, meat, fish, sugar, coffee and alcohol. The first few days you might feel a little off as your body gets used to the new things you’re eating, but by the end of the week you’ll likely feel great.

How do I know it will work for me?

With this sort of detox, people often drop weight, sleep better, have more energy, poop better, and even have clearer skin. I can’t guarantee that it will work, but it’s a safe bet that you’ll see positive improvements after 5 days.

If you’re still not sure, send me a message and I’ll send you the recording of the webinar I held on the 23rd of March 2022: “Spring Detox Secrets: Three Steps to Your Most Successful Detox Yet”, where you’ll find out: Why detoxing matters and how you can fit it into your busy schedule; Why Spring is the perfect time to detox; and How to choose the detox that’s right for YOU and your body.

My name is Roser Bosch (Rosie) and I am a Nutrition and Health Coach. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) of New York, with an online training.

A nutrition and health coach helps you explore your habits and identify your health goals, and also your motivations and the obstacles you encounter to achieve them. Your coach supports you, guides you and helps you to change your behaviours and reach your health goals. These can include dropping weight, reducing pain or finding more balance in your life. I apply a holistic approach, since coaching is not limited to nutrition, but also to other areas such as exercise, stress management or relationships.
