Are you looking to stay healthy this autumn?

Apples contain loads of fibre, so that they can help your heart stay healthy. Fibre also makes you feel fuller for longer, so you’ll be less likely to give in to cravings for sweets, during this time of the year when we tend to get those cravings! You can eat them on their own, cut into chunks and added to your morning porridge, cut into slices with a hummus dip, or even baked.

Pears are another autumn food which is also rich in fibre. It contains vitamin C and potassium as well. They’re delicious as a snack, in salads, or roasted in the oven.

Here is a super easy recipe for baked apples or pears. If you have sugar cravings, try it to see if it satisfies your sweet tooth! It is one of the preferred snacks of the 5-day Detox I regularly run.
