At this transformative phase in a woman’s life, it’s more crucial than ever to prioritise self-care. In this interactive workshop, we will:

  • Talk about the hormonal changes going on during perimenopause and menopause.
  • Discuss navigating this journey with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
  • Explore some of the benefits and risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

Throughout the workshop, the participants will be invited to form small groups to reflect on their habits and explore simple lifestyle changes that can enhance their well-being during this time of transition.

        My name is Roser Bosch (Rosie) and I am a Nutrition and Health Coach. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) of New York.

        A nutrition and health coach helps you explore your habits and identify your health goals, and also your motivations and the roadblocks that stand in your way. Your coach supports you and helps you to overcome those roadblocks, transform your habits and reach your health goals. These can include dropping weight, reducing pain, managing stress or finding more balance in your life.

        I apply a holistic approach since coaching is not limited to nutrition, but also to other areas such as exercise, stress management or relationships.
